Currently, Fatima Girls Academy has the following departments:

• Fatima Girls Academy, Fatima Nagar Itki: Nursery to Std 10
• Fatima Boys Academy, Fatima Nagar Itki: Nursery to Std 10
• Department for Hifzul Quran (memorization of the Quran) for the girls along with the classes
• Department for Hifzul Quran (memorization of the Quran) for the boys along with the classes
• Department for craft from class three to class eight: (In this department, students learn tailoring, embroidery, adornment, needlework, and back-wear and floral designing skill.)
• Department for writing and oratory in Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, and English

Alhamdulillah, Fatimah Girls Academy is constantly moving forward with an unflinching commitment to uplift the educational and economic status of Muslim Ummah and putting the untiring efforts for the socio-economic well-being of the Muslim community.
